In 2023 we had a deep dive into yoga, self-awareness, inquiry, beauty, and connection. Fiji and Mary lead an incredible transformative experience in one of the most stunning places in British Columbia – Hollyhock Leadership Centre on Cortes Island. A magical combination of powerful asana practices, guided immersive experiences, and exploration of self through the subtle body. Daily forest walks, morning ocean swims, combined with nourishing and beautiful cuisine, allowed us to fall into rich conversations overlooking Canada’s Salish Sea.
