Peter Sterios Workshop

Peter’s ability to help us listen and translate the wisdom of our subtle body, mind and heart is his secret power! As we have learned through his best selling book, Gravity & Grace, – How to Awaken the Subtle Body to the Healing Power of Yoga, yoga is a living system within us. In our time together we will explore more deeply the following:

• Invite ourselves to meet confrontation + resistance on the mat + in our living
• Expand our knowledge of the deeper power of conscious breathing
• Embrace the profound connection between the visible and the invisible in nature + ourselves
• How to view temporary limitations as opportunities to uncover hidden intelligence
• AND…how to bring all of this and more into your teaching and your life!
