Explore the unique features and benefits of our Sardinia retreat.
Location: Just 50 minutes from Cagliari Airport, on the southern tip of Sardinia, renowned for its stunning beaches and extraordinary weather.

• Venue: Soul Valley Retreat Centre is newly renovated in a beautiful Mediterranean style, nestled in nature and only a few kilometers from spectacular sandy beaches.

• Amenities: Enjoy a large sea-view pool (140 m²) with sunbeds, and a spa featuring an infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath, all free of charge

• Accommodation: The guest rooms are spacious and lovely, each with a private bathroom. 

• Cuisine: All vegetarian meals prepared with local ingredients.

• Excursions: The retreat schedule includes a full day (Wednesday, after morning practice) for optional excursions (not included in the fee) such as a boat cruise to coastal coves, a visit to the historic center of Cagliari, or a tour of the ancient Nuragic ruins. Alternatively, spend the day relaxing on the beach.
