YOGA 2023 INTENTIONAL EVOLUTION RETREAT

The Intentional Evolution training joins together the pillars of the teaching arts with the leader principles required to create learning in the room, and change in the world. Here is what you will takeaway:

- Practices to quiet your inner critic
- The courage to listen to your inner voice and speak from your values
- Understanding of how to blend your powerful asana with your authentic self
You are invited to play big with Fiji McAlpine, ERYT500 for an intensive covering of sequencing, cueing, adjustment, and advancing your asana. And to step into your future with Mary Prefontaine, RYT250, CPCC for an awakening of your authentic self, diving into the principles of purpose, presence and mindful action in the studio and in life.
Preparation for this training includes 2 hours of an online learning assignment. If already an RYT you receive 25 Continuing Education credits and a Mind Into Matter Yoga community to encourage you along your life path.

TIME: Sunday night starting at 5:00pm through until Friday at 12:00 Noon
LOCATION: Bardouly Domaine de Charme in St. Aubin de Cadelech
EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- 5 nights Shared Accommodation @ the Chateau Bardouly
- 2 daily yoga practices
- Daily self-inquiry practice + purpose guide book
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and light snacks + refreshments
- Village visits, walks in the countryside, poolside lounging
- Wine tasting optional for additional $25 Euro
- Vegetarian, vegan + other meals may be provided
- *Single occupancy arranged for an extra fee of 800 Euro. We have only 2 single rooms available at this retreat.
FEES: 2199 EUR
For your consideration please note additional costs for your consideration: wine tasting for 20 Euro; shared taxi service from train or airport in Bergerac 20 Euro each way; a service tip for chateau staff (we suggest 30-50 Euro per person).

WHAT PEOPLE ARE LOVING
I have been practicing with Fiji online for four years, and more recently am in her 200hr Teacher Training 2018-2019. When I think of Fiji as an instructor-Power, Grace, Empowerment-come to mind. She is a cueing Queen, sequences with ease, and inspires deep release through breath work and movement.
