Within a white washed farm, YogApulia offers serenity and sunshine to foster our soul’s work. Over six days you will be part of an Intentional Evolution on and off your mat as we explore the following:

  • Powerful Asana practices and subtle physical and emotional shifts into awareness
  • Stability and balance by grounding through the lower chakras, while unlocking the boundless expansion into the upper chakras.
  • Develop practices that quiet your inner critic, promoting inner peace and self-empowerment.
  • Awaken to a heightened awareness of conscious living, embracing a more mindful and purposeful existence

 

DATES: Saturday, April 27, 2024 through Friday, May 3, 2024. Departure Saturday, May 4. 6 nights total.

FEES: *1999.00 EUR Shared occupancy, private bath + all meals 
*transportation is not included
*one local olive oil or wine tasting will be included

DEPOSIT: 500 EUR no later than August 30, 2023.  Remaining fees are due January 1, 2024.

A FEW MORE DETAILS:

  • The centre offers delicious plant based vegetarian meals and a beautiful yoga shala with delightful outdoor spaces, and a lovely swimming pool.  It is located near the village of Casalini (15 minute walk from the yoga shala)
  • Nearby beautiful old towns of Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (all within 10 minutes to 30 minutes drive)
  • The small city of Brindisi – (45 minutes drive or 20 minutes on the train from Ostuni) 
  • Wine tasting at Enoteca Semeraro in Casalini (15 minute walk) * we will arrange for this
  • Olive tree tour and oil tasting near Ostuni, Masseria Brancati (25 minutes drive) * we will arrange for this and time in the picturesque white washed Ostuni
  • Grotte of Castellana, complex of underground caves among the most spectacular in Italy, approximately 45 minute drive
  • Torre Canne – beach side resort with sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants approximately 20 minutes drive (perhaps lunch + a beach afternoon!)
  • Beaches : There are lots of beaches within a 30 minute drive, some of our favourites include Torre Pozella, Bosco Verde, Lula Bay & Torre San Leonardo.  A little further around 40 minutes drive is Lido Ottagono, there is no sand but the water is beautiful for swimming
